All hiring by Contractor and subcontractors of persons performing work for Contractor will be on the basis of merit and qualification and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, political ideas, sex, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, national origin or sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.
