Common use of Non-Discrimination Union Activities Clause in Contracts

Non-Discrimination Union Activities. (A) Neither the state nor the Union shall interfere with the right of employees to become or refrain from becoming members of the Union, and the Union shall not discriminate against any employee because of membership or non-membership in any employee organization. However, the Union is not obligated to represent a non-member with respect to grievances and/or any arbitration or administrative proceeding.
