Non-Discrimination - Union Activity. (A) Neither the state nor the Union shall interfere with the right of employees to become or refrain from becoming members of the Union, and the Union shall not discriminate against any employee because of membership or non-membership in any employee organization. (B) Union claims of discrimination against the state, its officers, or representatives, shall be remedied only through the Public Employees Relations Commission or such other administrative proceedings provided by law.
