Non-discriminatory Practice. There shall be no discrimination based on race, creed, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, gender identity, marital status, or disability. There shall be no discrimination against any professional employee because of his/her membership, or participation in a professional education organization, collaborative conferencing, or institution of any grievance(s), complaint(s), or proceedings under this Memorandum of Understanding, School Board policy, or law with respect to any terms or conditions of professional employment.
