Non-Employer Specific Training. It is agreed that the costs associated with non-Employer specific training outlined in Article 10.3 shall only be clawed back for training received following ratification. Non-Employer specific trainings are: • Assist workbook: $40.00 • First Aid/CPR: $120.00 • Mental Health First Aid: $75.00
