Common use of Non-Exclusive Contract Clause in Contracts

Non-Exclusive Contract. Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed as limiting the right of Consultant to engage in Consultant's profession separate and apart from this agreement so long as such activities do not interfere or conflict with the performance by Consultant of the obligations set forth in this agreement. Interference or conflict will be determined at the sole discretion of the City.
