Non-Extension of Employment. Employer shall provide Executive written notice (“Notice”) of its intention not to extend Executive’s employment under the terms of this Agreement (“Non-Extension of Employment”) at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Term, and in such event, Executive’s employment with Employer shall terminate upon the completion of the final day of the Term.
