NON-FUNCTIONING NETWORK NODES. Licensee shall continue to pay rental fees for Collocated Network Nodes that are no longer in service or operational for as long as the Network Nodes are attached to Service Poles in the Public Right-of-Way. Rental fees shall cease after Licensee obtains permits to remove Network Node and completes removal of the applicable Network Nodes.
