Non-Incorporation of Seller’s Information. Seller shall not incorporate any patented, proprietary, business sensitive, or limited rights information, technical data, process, hardware, or software into any item proposed to be designed, modified, manufactured, produced, or delivered under this Purchase Order without notifying Buyer in advance and requesting and receiving Buyer’s prior written concurrence to do so.
