NON-INTEREST. No officer or employee of the CITY shall hold any interest in this Agreement (California Government Code section 1090).
NON-INTEREST. No public official, employee, board member, or commission member of the City of Milwaukee or the Agency shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or receive any premium, commission, fee, or other thing of value, in connection with this contract.
