Common use of Non-Interference with Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Interference with Employees. Participant hereby agrees, during the Restricted Period, not to, either directly or indirectly, solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any employee of the Company or any affiliate to leave their employment, or take away such employees, or attempt to solicit, induce, recruit, encourage or take away employees of the Company or any affiliate, either for Participant or for any other person or entity, or otherwise hire as an employee or a consultant, for Participant or any other person or entity, any such employee of the Company or any affiliate.

Participant hereby agrees, during the Restricted Period, not to, either directly or indirectly, solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any employee of the Company or any affiliate that Participant worked with, had business-related communications with, or received Company Confidential Information about, to leave their employment, or take away such employees, or attempt to solicit, induce, recruit, encourage or take away such employees of the Company or any affiliate, either for Participant or for any other person or entity, or otherwise hire as an employee or a consultant, for Participant or any other person or entity, any such employee of the Company or any affiliate.
