Non-Interference with Suppliers. Employee agrees that, during the Restricted Period, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, attempt to or actually: (i) solicit, induce, or cause any Supplier or other Business Relation (as defined below) of the Company or its Affiliates to terminate, reduce, or refrain from renewing or extending such person’s or entity’s business or employment relationship with the Company or its Affiliates; (ii) solicit, induce, or cause any employee of the Company or its Affiliates to engage in Competing Services; or (iii) engage as an employee, independent contractor, or consultant on behalf of a person or entity other than the Company or its Affiliates (A) any employee of the Company or its Affiliates or (B) any person who was employed by the Company or its Affiliates within the then prior six-month period.
Non-Interference with Suppliers. The Executive hereby agrees that he will not during the Restricted Period, either on his own behalf or in conjunction with or on behalf of any other person, directly or indirectly, interfere, seek to interfere, induce and/or incite another person to interfere, or take steps to interfere with the continuance of supplies (or the terms relating to such supplies) from any suppliers who have been supplying products, materials or services to the Corporation or any of its Affiliates at any time during the term of this Agreement.
Non-Interference with Suppliers. The Executive hereby agrees that he will not, during the Restricted Period, either on his own behalf or in conjunction with or on behalf of any other person, directly or indirectly, interfere, seek to interfere, induce and/or incite another person to interfere, or take steps to interfere with the continuance of supplies (or the terms relating to such supplies) from any suppliers who have been supplying products, materials or services to the Corporation or any of its Affiliates, franchisees, joint ventures, or other person with whom the Corporation or any of its Affiliates have engaged in a business relationship at any time during the term of the Executive’s employment.
Non-Interference with Suppliers. You shall not for a period of 12 months after the Termination Date either personally or by an agent and either on your own account or for or in association with any other person directly or indirectly interfere or seek to interfere or take such steps as may be likely to interfere with the continuance of supplies to the Company in respect of the Restricted Business and the Industry (or the terms relating to such supplies) from any supplier or seek to damage the relationship between any supplier and the Company who has supplied goods or services to the Company in the 12 month period immediately prior to the Termination Date.
Non-Interference with Suppliers. Buyer shall not tortiously interfere nor take any actions to tortiously interfere with any business relationships between any of the joint ventures in which Seller has or had an equity interest (the "Joint Ventures").
Non-Interference with Suppliers. Employee agrees that, during the time period set forth in Section 7.2(a), Employee shall not in any way or in any capacity, without the prior express written consent of the Board, cause or attempt to cause any existing or former supplier of Company to not do business with Company, or otherwise interfere or attempt to interfere with any business relationship between Company and any of its existing or former suppliers.
