Common use of Non-Interruption of Service Clause in Contracts

Non-Interruption of Service. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to an order of a court or commission of competent jurisdiction, SBC-AMERITECH may not initiate any disconnect, suspension or termination of an CLEC Customer's Resale Service, unless directed to do so by CLEC by transmission of a Service Order or SBC-AMERITECH's receipt of proper authorization to change such Customer's primary local exchange carrier to a carrier other than CLEC.
