Operations Support Systems Functions. 9.1 Effective as of February 8, 2021, notwithstanding any other term or condition of the Amended Agreement or a Verizon tariff or SGAT, and subject to the transitional provisions set forth in Subsection 9.2 below, unbundled access to Operations Support Systems Functions will not be available from Verizon on or after February 8, 2021, except when such functions are used to manage other UNEs that remain available from Verizon, local interconnection, or local number portability.
9.2 Any unbundled access to Operations Support System Functions eliminated pursuant to Section 9.1 above will continue to be provisioned for the period in which unbundled access is available to the UNE managed through the use of such functions, but not after such period.
Operations Support Systems Functions. Ameritech shall provide Requesting Carrier nondiscriminatory access to, and Requesting Carrier shall use, all available Operations Support Systems functions for the pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance, repair and billing of Resale Services.
Operations Support Systems Functions. CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing, in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Commission’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997 (“Arbitration Award”). CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.
Operations Support Systems Functions. Maintenance. Maintenance will be provided by SBC-AMERITECH in accordance with the service parity requirements set forth in Article XXXII (Performance Measurements).
Operations Support Systems Functions. CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Public Utility Commission of Ohio’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997. If CBT makes changes for access to Operations Support Systems functions that affect the operations of CLEC, CBT shall provide reasonable advance written notice of such change to CLEC within such time period as determined by the FCC or the Commission and their respective rules and regulations.
Operations Support Systems Functions. SBC-AMERITECH shall provide CLEC nondiscriminatory access to SBC-AMERITECH's Operations Support Systems functions as provided in Article XXXIII, Operational Support Systems of this Agreement.
Operations Support Systems Functions. 7.1 Operations Support Systems Functions consist of pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, provided for in Attachment 27, Access to Operations Support Systems, and billing functions supported by AT&T’s databases and information, provided for in Attachment 28, Comprehensive Billing.
Operations Support Systems Functions. (a) Electronic Interface for Pre-Ordering, Ordering, and Provisioning. SBC- AMERITECH shall provide a real time electronic interface (“EI”) for transferring and receiving Service Orders and Provisioning data as described in Article XXXIII (Operational Support Systems) of this Agreement.
Operations Support Systems Functions. 17.1 Operations Support Systems Functions consist of pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing functions supported by SBC-13STATE’s databases and information. SBC-13STATE will provide CLEC access to its Operations Support Systems Functions as outlined in Appendix OSS.
Operations Support Systems Functions. 7.1 Ameritech shall provide CLEC access to Operations Support Systems functions on or before the dates set forth on the Implementation Schedule.
7.2 Ameritech shall also provide CLEC access to the functionality of any internal gateway systems Ameritech employs in performing the above-listed OSS functions for its own Customers. A (gateway system) means any electronic interface Ameritech has created for its own use in accessing support systems for providing any of the above-listed OSS functions.
