Common use of NON-LIABILITY OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

NON-LIABILITY OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES. No officer or employee of City shall be personally liable to Consultant, or any successors in interest, in the event of a default or breach by City for any amount which may become due Consultant or its successor, or for any breach of any obligation under the terms of this Agreement.
