Common use of Non-Recruitment of Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Recruitment of Employees. During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit or induce any Employee to (i) terminate his or her employment relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or (ii) work for any other person or entity engaged in the Business.

Non-Recruitment of Employees. During The Executive agrees that during the Restricted Period, Executive will he shall not, directly or indirectly, solicitwhether on his own behalf or as a Principal or Representative of any Person, recruit solicit or induce or attempt to solicit or induce any Employee employee of the Company to (i) terminate his or her employment relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to enter into employment with the Executive or (ii) work for any other person or entity engaged in the BusinessPerson.
