Non-Renewal Procedure. Every employee shall be entitled to the following rights if his/her extracurricular activity contract is not being renewed. a. The employee shall be notified by the Principal or Athletic Director that his/her extra- curricular duties will not be renewed. Such notice shall be given to the employee no later than June 1. b. If the extra-curricular activity contract is not being renewed, the teacher shall be entitled, upon written request, to an informal review before the superintendent, principal(s), and/or athletic director.
