Before you are able to make a payment or at any time after making a payment to the Company, we or our nominee may determine, in either of our sole or absolute discretion: to request additional information pursuant to Section 12(b), and that it is necessary to obtain certain other information about you in order to comply with applicable laws or regulations in connection with the creation and issue of Tokens to you.
