Common use of Non-Resident Aliens Clause in Contracts

Non-Resident Aliens. Should any employee, agent or invitee of the Lessee or the participant(s) be a non-resident alien individual, partnership or corporation, then the Lessee expressly agrees to perform all obligations and to assume all liabilities as the withholding agent pursuant to the requirements of Section 1441 and 1442 of the Internal Revenue Code and the Federal Regulations promulgated thereunder.
