Non-Routine Periodic Adjustments. (1) Whenever the Servicer determines that the existing model for calculating the RRB Charge should be amended or revised, subject to the consent of the Issuer under the conditions set forth in Section 3.18 of the Indenture, the Servicer shall file a Non-Routine True-Up Letter with the NHPUC designating the adjustments to such model and any corresponding adjustments to the RRB Charge (collectively, a "Non-Routine Periodic Adjustment"), subject to the review and approval of the NHPUC pursuant to the Finance Order.

Non-Routine Periodic Adjustments. (i) Whenever the Servicer determines that the existing model for calculating the RTC Charge should be amended or revised, subject to the consent of the Note Issuer under the conditions set forth in Section 3.18 of the Note Indenture, the Servicer shall file a Non-Routine True-Up Letter with the DTE designating the adjustments to such model and any corresponding adjustments to the RTC Charge (collectively, a “Non-Routine Periodic Adjustment”), subject to the review and approval of the DTE pursuant to the Financing Order.

  • True-Up Adjustments From time to time, until the Retirement of the Recovery Bonds, the Servicer shall identify the need for True-Up Adjustments and shall take all reasonable action to obtain and implement such True-Up Adjustments, all in accordance with the following:
