Note Indenture definition

Note Indenture means the Note Indenture dated as of May 17, 2001, between the Note Issuer and the Note Trustee, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
Note Indenture means the note indenture between InterRent Trust and the Note Trustee providing for the issuance of the Notes;
Note Indenture means the trust indenture entered into between COT and the Note Trustee for the issuance of the Notes by COT. “Note Trustee” means the trustee under the Note Indenture, including any successor trustee thereunder.

Note Indenture means the note indenture dated October 3, 2006 between TB Trust and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as note indenture trustee which provides for the creation and issuance of the TB Notes (as defined therein), and any indenture supplemental thereto.
