Common use of Non-Smoking Building Clause in Contracts

Non-Smoking Building. The Building is a non-smoking building. Smoking is prohibited at all times within the entire Building, including all leased premises, as well as all public/common areas. This prohibition applies during business and non-business hours to restrooms, lobbies, stairwells, common hallways, the lunchroom and any other public/common area, as well as to all areas within the Premises by Tenants. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside the Building and away from the entrances to the Building.

Smoking is prohibited at all times within Building and smoking shall not be allowed in any part of the entire Buildingsuites, including all leased premises, as well as all public/common areas. This prohibition applies during business and non-business hours to restrooms, lobbieshallways, stairwells, common hallwayselevators, the lunchroom and or any other public/common area, as well as to all areas within of the Premises by TenantsBuilding. Smoking is shall only be permitted in areas designated by Landlord, and Landlord reserves the right to change the location of the designated smoking area outside the Building and away from the entrances to the Buildingareas.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside the Building and away from the entrances to the Building.

This prohibition applies during business and non-business hours to restrooms, elevators, elevator lobbies, first floor lobby, stairwells, common hallways, the lunchroom lunch room and any other public/common area, as well as to all areas within the Leased Premises by Tenants. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside the Building and away from the entrances to the Building.

Non-Smoking Building. The Building is a non-smoking building. Smoking is prohibited at all times within not permitted in any area of the entire BuildingBuilding including but not limited to Tenant suites including the Premises, including all leased premisesprivate offices, as well as all public/common areas. This prohibition applies during business and non-business hours to corridors, restrooms, lobbies, stairwells, common hallwaysparking garages and/or lobbies. Neither Tenant nor any of its employees, the lunchroom and any other public/common areaagents, as well as to all areas within the Premises by Tenants. Smoking is only permitted guests or invitees shall smoke in the designated smoking area outside the Building and away from Tenant will enforce this requirement with respect to anyone in the entrances to Building on behalf of, related to, or at the Buildingrequest of Tenant.
