Common use of Non-Solicitation Covenants Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation Covenants. For a period of two years from the date of the termination of this Agreement and your employment with the Company, or, if a court determines that two years is unreasonable, one year from the date of the termination of this Agreement and your employment with the Company, you agree that you will not (directly or indirectly through others): (i) contact, solicit, contract with, or attempt to contract with any entity engaged in the commercial vehicle component industry with which the Company has contracts at the time of the termination of this Agreement, or (ii) solicit or attempt to solicit away from the Company any officer, employee or agent of the Company.

For a period of two years one year from the date of the your termination of this Agreement and your employment with the Company, or, if a court determines that two years one year is unreasonable, one year six months from the date of the termination of this Agreement and your employment with the Company, you agree that you will not (directly or indirectly through others): (i) contact, solicit, contract with, or attempt to contract with any entity engaged in the commercial vehicle component industry with which the Company has contracts at the time of the termination of this Agreement, or (ii) solicit or attempt to solicit away from the Company any officer, officer or employee or agent of the Company.
