Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees. You agree that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of this Agreement, you will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire any of Company’s employee or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company.
Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees. Executive agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of this Agreement, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire any of Company’s employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company.
Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees. (a) During the term of Employee's employment, Employee will not, directly or indirectly, engage in or become interested in (as an individual, partner, stockholder, director, officer, principal, agent, employee, trustee, lender of money or in any other relation or capacity whatsoever, except that Employee may acquire and hold shares of an entity not to exceed 2% of the outstanding shares of stock of the entity if such shares of stock are publicly traded in the over-the-counter market or listed on a national securities exchange) any business that solicits, either directly, indirectly or by assisting others, any employee of Company for the purpose of hiring, offering to hire or otherwise inducing or encouraging that employee's resignation or termination from Company.
Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees. In the event the Employee's employment with the Company is terminated for any reason either voluntarily or involuntarily, Employee for a one (1) year period after the date of such termination shall not solicit for employment any employee employed by the Company or Company on the date of said termination, other than an Employee will not solicit for employment for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of such termination.
Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees. Employee agrees that she will not, during the term of this Agreement and thereafter for a period of twelve (12) months, directly or indirectly: (i) solicit any of Company's employees for a competing business; or (ii) induce or attempt to induce any of Company's employees to terminate their employment with Company.

Employee agrees that during his or her employment with Company, and for a period of two years following termination of such employment, with or without cause, Employee will not, directly or indirectly, hire any current or future employee of the Company, or hsolicit or induce, or attempt to solicit or induce, any current or future employee of the Company to leave the Company for any reason.
Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees. Micciche agrees that the Compaxx xxx xnvested substantial time and effort in assembling its staff and personnel. Accordingly, Micciche agrees that for a perixx xx xxe (1) year after termination of Micciche's employment for any rxxxxx, Xxxciche shall not directly or xxxxxxxxly induce or solicit any of the Company's employees to leave their employment or to become employed by any other entity nor shall Micciche refer any of the Comxxxx'x employees to any other entity or person for purposes of inducing or soliciting such employee(s) to leave the Company's employment or to become employed by any other person or entity.

Executive agrees that for the two (2) year period following Executive’s termination of employment for any reason, he will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire any of Company’s employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company; provided, however, that if any such termination is pursuant to Section 7.2 hereof, the two (2) year period referenced herein shall be one (1) year; provided further, however, that if any such termination is pursuant to Section 7.4 hereof, the two (2) year period referenced herein shall be eighteen (18) months.

Xxxxxxxxxx will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire any of Company’s employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company.
Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees. For a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of this Agreement or the Services provided hereunder, Contractor will not, directly or indirectly, call on, solicit, or induce any employee or officer of Company whom Contractor had contact with, knowledge of, or association with in the course of providing Services to terminate his or her employment, and will not assist any other person or entity in such a solicitation.
