Non-Solicitation of Employees After Employment. After the Participant’s separation from employment with the Company Group Members for any reason whatsoever, the Participant will not, either on the Participant’s own account or for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity, use the Company Group Members’ trade secrets to (i) solicit, interfere with, or endeavor to cause any employee of the Company Group Members to leave employment with the Company Group Members; or (ii) induce or attempt to induce any such employee to breach their obligations to the Company Group Members.
