Non-Solicitation of Employees After Employment. After Executive’s separation from employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever, Executive will not, either on Executive’s own account or for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity, use the Company’s trade secrets to (a) solicit, interfere with, or endeavor to cause any employee of the Company to leave employment with the Company; or (b) induce or attempt to induce any such employee to breach their obligations to the Company.
