Common use of Non-Solicitation of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Personnel. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, Client will not, either directly or indirectly, solicit the employees and third party agents of Rogue Wave without the prior written consent of Rogue Wave.
