Common use of Non-Solicitation of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Personnel. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months after the effective termination date of this Agreement, neither party shall directly or indirectly solicit, recruit or hire any personnel of the other party who are or have been directly involved with the performance of services under this Agreement, unless such party receives the prior written consent of the other party.

Non-Solicitation of Personnel. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) 12 months after its expiration or termination, neither Party shall actively solicit the effective termination date employment of any employee of the other Party, which employee was engaged in the performance of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither party Party shall directly be precluded from conducting general recruiting activities, such as participating in job fairs or indirectly solicit, recruit or hire any personnel of the other party who are or have been directly involved with the performance of services under this Agreement, unless such party receives the prior written consent of the other partypublishing advertisements for general circulation.

During the term of this the Agreement and for a period of twelve one (121) months year after the effective termination date of this Agreementits expiration or termination, neither party shall directly or indirectly solicit, recruit or hire Party may actively solicit the employment of any personnel employee of the other party who are or have been directly involved with Party, which employee was engaged in the performance of services under this AgreementServices. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless neither Party may be precluded from conducting general recruiting activities, such party receives the prior written consent of the other partyas participating in job fairs or publishing advertisements for general circulation.

Non-Solicitation of Personnel. ‌ During the term period of performance of this Agreement Agreement, including any extension or renewal hereof, and for a period of twelve one (121) months year after the effective termination date or expiration of this Agreement, neither party Party shall solicit, directly or indirectly solicitindirectly, recruit or hire any personnel employee(s) of the other party who are Party whose work is associated with this Agreement or have been directly involved with the performance of services under this Agreement, unless such party receives Prime Contract without the prior written consent of such other Party. This clause does not preclude either Party from hiring any employee(s) of the other partyParty who has pursued employment opportunities with them on their own initiative or in response to public advertisements published by such hiring Party.
