Common use of Non-Solicitation of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Personnel. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months after the effective termination date of this Agreement, neither party shall directly or indirectly solicit, recruit or hire any personnel of the other party who are or have been directly involved with the performance of services under this Agreement, unless such party receives the prior written consent of the other party.

Non-Solicitation of Personnel. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither party Party shall directly be precluded from conducting general recruiting activities, such as participating in job fairs or indirectly solicit, recruit or hire any personnel of the other party who are or have been directly involved with the performance of services under this Agreement, unless such party receives the prior written consent of the other partypublishing advertisements for general circulation.
