Common use of Non-Solicitations of Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitations of Employees. Xxxxxx agrees that during his employment with Fidelity and for a period of eighteen (18) months after Xxxxxx’x Termination of Employment for any reason, Xxxxxx will not recruit, hire or attempt to recruit or hire, directly or by assisting others, any other employee of Fidelity with whom Xxxxxx had material contact during Xxxxxx’x employment with Fidelity. This restriction shall apply only to recruiting, hiring or attempting to recruit or hire any employee for the purpose of working in the business of providing banking or banking related services.
