Common use of Non-Solicitations of Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitations of Employees. Xxxxxx agrees that he/she will not, directly or indirectly, for a period of 12 months after the end of his/her employment (for whatever reason), solicit (or assist another in soliciting), induce, employ or seek to employ any individual employed by Company and/or its Subsidiaries. Where an additional restriction is required to enforce the foregoing, Xxxxxx’s non-solicitation obligation is limited to employees with whom Xxxxxx had Involvement.
