Common use of Non-Stated Benefits Clause in Contracts

Non-Stated Benefits. The County and International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Local 16 agree that the benefits specifically stated in the basic Agreement or applicable Agreement addendums fully and completely provide the benefit program specifically negotiated and agreed to by the parties. Other or related benefits not specifically provided in this Agreement language may not be inferred by either party.
