Non-Sufficient Funds. Tenant shall be charged $30.00 as reimbursement of the expenses incurred by Landlord for each check that is returned to Landlord for lack of sufficient funds. All charges will be immediately due from Tenant and failure to make immediate payment will constitute a default under the terms of this Rental Agreement
