Common use of Non-Tenure Benefits Clause in Contracts

Non-Tenure Benefits. a) Non-tenure staff who receive benefits and who are given a Sixty Day Notice of Release shall continue to receive benefits for sixty (60) consecutive calendar days following the last day on which they were required to report to work. This provision shall not apply to any staff member who is terminated mid-year for cause.
