Common use of Non-Use Obligation Clause in Contracts

Non-Use Obligation. Except as expressly authorized in this GTC, during the term of this GTC and forever thereafter (or for such shorter period as may be imposed by applicable law), neither party shall use any Confidential Information of the other party, except at the request of and for the benefit of such other party, without the express prior written consent of the other party.
