Non-Use of Confidential Information. Executive covenants and agrees that Executive will use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of fulfilling Executive’s duties under this Agreement and will not use the Confidential Information for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.
Non-Use of Confidential Information. Recipient shall not use any Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever other than for the Permitted Purpose, and shall not communicate or disclose that the Company has provided Confidential Information except in accordance with this Agreement.

The Receiving Party further agrees not to use any of the Confidential Information for any purpose other than for the Evaluation by the authorized personnel of the Receiving Party referred to in paragraph 1, for the purposes of accomplishing a Relationship, without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.

Kxxxxx agrees to return immediately to U.S. Energy all of U.S. Energy’s property, including all files related to U.S. Energy, upon termination of Kxxxxx’x employment. Kxxxxx shall not retain any copy or other reproduction whatsoever of any U.S. Energy property after the termination of Kxxxxx’x employment, provided that Kxxxxx shall not be required to delete any automatically created back-up files, provided that such file is not generally accessible beyond the need for disaster recovery or similar operation.

Executive agrees not to use, disclose to others, or permit anyone access to any of Kidpik’s trade secrets or confidential or proprietary information without Kidpik’s express consent, and to return immediately to Kidpik all of Kidpik’s property, including all files related to Kidpik. Executive shall not retain any copy or other reproduction whatsoever of any Kidpik property after the termination of Executive’s employment.
