Common use of Non-Waiver of Rights Clause in Contracts

Non-Waiver of Rights. If either party does not seek compensation for breach or insist upon strict performance of any provision of this Agreement, that Party is not prevented from seeking compensation or insisting upon strict performance for a future breach of the same or similar provision. Failure of CMHA to take any action or assert any right hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
