Nonalienation of Benefits. A Participant shall not have the right to sell, assign, transfer or otherwise convey or encumber in whole or in part the unvested Phantom Units or any payment of DERs under this Agreement, and the right to receive any payment hereunder shall not be subject to attachment, lien or other involuntary encumbrance.
