Nonalienation. The right to receive payments under this Agreement shall not be subject in any manner to anticipation, alienation, sale, transfer, assignment, pledge or encumbrances by Executive, Executive’s dependents, or beneficiaries, or to any other person who is or may become entitled to receive such payments hereunder.
