Common use of Noncompetitive Employment Clause in Contracts

Noncompetitive Employment. (a) Employee acknowledges that the nature of the services furnished by Company to its clients requires that Employee at all times perform Employee's services under this Agreement without divided loyalties or obligations to any other person including, without limitation, to any person who may become an employer of Employee following the end of the Term. Accordingly, and without limiting the generality of the principle set forth in the preceding sentence, it shall be a breach of this Agreement for Employee, without prior written notice to and prior written consent of Company, to accept employment with any business, individual, partnership, corporation, trust, joint venture, unincorporated association or other entity or person other than the Company at any time during the Term of this Agreement. During the Term, Employee may not discuss, seek, solicit or accept future post Term employment.
