Common use of Nondiscrimination in Benefits Clause in Contracts

Nondiscrimination in Benefits. Pursuant to Tumwater Municipal Code (TMC) Chapter 3.46, the SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide employee benefits or an equivalent sum to the domestic partners of their employees involved in the SERVICE PROVIDER’S operations applicable to this Agreement if such benefits are provided to employees’ spouses as more particularly set forth in Chapter 3.46 of the TMC, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
