Nondiscrimination Notice. i. The Contractor shall post a DHCS-approved nondiscrimination notice that informs beneficiaries, potential beneficiaries, and the public about nondiscrimination, protected characteristics, and accessibility requirements, and conveys the Contractor’s compliance with the requirements.
