Common use of Noninterference Clause in Contracts

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or attempting to solicit any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Company. Executive’s duties under this Article VII shall survive termination of Executive’s employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreement.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for one two (12) year years immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the CompanyTermination Date, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or by: (a) soliciting, attempting to solicit solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor other person or entity of the Company. Executive’s duties under this Article VII shall survive termination ; or (b) directly or indirectly soliciting the business of Executive’s employment with any customer of the Company and which at the time of termination of this Agreementor one year immediately prior thereto was listed on the Company’s customer list.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or attempting to solicit any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor other entity. For the avoidance of doubt, a bona fide advertisement for employment placed by any party any not specifically targeted at employees of the CompanyCompany shall not constitute a violation of this Article 7. Executive’s duties under this Article VII 7 shall survive termination of Executive’s employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreement.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or attempting to solicit any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s employment in order to become an employee, consultant consultant, or independent contractor to or for any pharmaceutical or biotechnology competitor of the Company. Executive’s duties under this Article VII shall survive termination of Executive’s employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreement.

Noninterference. While employed by the CompanyCompany in a full or part-time capacity, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or attempting to solicit any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s employment in order to become an employee, employee of or a consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Companyperson, corporation, firm, partnership or other entity whatsoever. Executive’s duties under this Article VII 6 shall survive termination of Executive’s employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreement.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or attempting to solicit any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s 's employment in order to become an employee, employee of or a consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Companyperson, corporation, firm, partnership or other entity whatsoever. Executive’s 's duties under this Article VII 6 shall survive termination of Executive’s 's employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreement.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or attempting to solicit any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s 's employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Company. Executive’s 's duties under this Article VII 7 shall survive termination of Executive’s 's employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreement.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Companytermination date, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting directly or attempting to solicit indirectly soliciting, inducing, encouraging, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Company. Executive’s duties under this Article VII shall survive termination of Executive’s employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreementother person or entity.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, Company and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing to provide services to the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or attempting to solicit any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Company. Executive’s duties under this Article VII shall survive termination of Executive’s employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreement.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates termination of Executive’s employment or otherwise ceases providing services to by the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit solicit, inducing or otherwise causing any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Company. ExecutiveExecutive agrees that this restriction is reasonably necessary to protect the Company’s duties under this Article VII shall survive termination of Executive’s employment legitimate business interest in its substantial relationships with the Company employees, consultants and the termination of this Agreementindependent contractors and its valuable confidential business information.

While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or attempting to solicit any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s 's employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Company. Executive’s 's duties under this Article VII shall survive termination of Executive’s 's employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreement.

While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Company, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting or attempting to solicit any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Company. Executive’s duties under this Article VII 7 shall survive termination of Executive’s employment with the Company and the termination of this Agreement.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year immediately following the date on which Executive terminates employment or otherwise ceases providing services to the Companytermination of Executive's employment, Executive agrees not to interfere with the Company's business of the Company by soliciting or soliciting, attempting to solicit solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company to terminate such employee’s his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant consultant, or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Company. Executive’s duties under Executive agrees that this Article VII shall survive termination of Executive’s employment restriction is reasonably necessary to protect the Company's legitimate business interest in its substantial relationships with the Company employees, consultants, and the termination of this Agreementindependent contractors and its valuable confidential business information.
