Nonprofit Compliance with California Attorney General Registry of Charitable Trusts. To receive a contract under this RFP, any nonprofit Proposer must be in good standing with the California Attorney General’s Registry of Charitable Trusts by the time of contract execution and must remain in good standing during the term of the Agreement. Upon request, Proposer must provide documentation to the City demonstrating its good standing with applicable legal requirements. If Proposer will use any nonprofit subcontractors to perform the Agreement, Proposer will be responsible for ensuring the subcontractors are also in compliance with all requirements of the California Attorney General’s Registry of Charitable Trusts at the time of contract execution and for the duration of the Agreement.
