Preplanning. Parties acknowledge that proper handling of suspicious mail/packages is necessary to the success of each parties’ businesses. Company mail and distribution management, in concert with the site corporate services manager, and corporate security should ensure the following precautions are in place: • Ensure all individuals working in the mail and distribution area receive training in the below listed “Precautionary Procedures for Suspicious mail/packages”, as may be amended by Intuit from time to time. • Identify all up stream service providers and how the mail and packages are handled. This would include the location of the postal distribution center, couriers, and delivery companies. • Maintain a secure environment for the mail and distribution center. Access should be limited to those working in the area. • Maintain a clean housekeeping environment. Dust and other by-products of mail handling should be vacuumed on a daily basis. • Ensure containers (mail trays and other) are clean and free of foreign matter prior to use.

  • Planning The Operating Committee shall implement the transmission system expansion process described in Article 18.
