NONRENEWAL OF CONTRACTS. A. Any Teacher employed under a limited contract other than supplemental contracts whom the Superintendent intends not to recommend for re-employment shall be so notified by the Superintendent and reasons given in writing on or before the 10th day of May. Upon authorization of the Teacher, the President of the FEA shall be given a copy of the reasons within three work days.
