Nonrenewal of Extended Sequence Limited Contracts. Extended sequence limited contracts may be nonrenewed only for just cause. Any member whose extended sequence limited contract has been nonrenewed will be notified in writing of the Board action not later than June 1 of the year of contract expiration. The sole and exclusive method of challenging the nonrenewal of an extended sequence limited contract shall be through the grievance procedure.
