Common use of Nonseverable Improvement Projects Clause in Contracts

Nonseverable Improvement Projects. (i) At the written request of an Operator delivered to the other, each Operator shall, within 45 days of the delivery of such request, submit to an arbitrator in accordance with Section 13 a written proposal with respect to a Nonseverable Improvement project which was neither approved nor disapproved by majority vote by the CRC Board within 45 days after such project was proposed to the CRC Board (A) describing any changes which such Operator proposes be made to such project and specifying a schedule, budget and allocations between the Operators of initial capital costs of such Nonseverable Improvement, or (B) proposing that it not be made.
