Common use of NONSMOKING UNIT Clause in Contracts

NONSMOKING UNIT. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur a $250 additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.
