Common use of Normal Commercial Relations Clause in Contracts

Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Indenture Trustee, any Participant or any bank or other Affiliate of such Participant may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with Owner, fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to Owner for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.

Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Owner Participants, the Indenture TrusteeTrustee and any Holder, any Participant or any bank or other Affiliate affiliate of any such Participant party, may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with Owner, the Lessee fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to Owner the Lessee for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.

Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Indenture Trustee, any Participant Trustee or any bank or other Affiliate affiliate of such Participant the Indenture Trustee may conduct any enter into commercial banking or other financial transactions, and have conduct banking or other commercial relationships, with Owner, the Owner or any holder of an Equipment Note fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including including, without limitation limitation, the making of loans or other extensions of credit to Owner for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.

Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Seller, the Indenture Trustee, and any Participant Noteholder, or any bank or other Affiliate affiliate of any such Participant party, may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with Owner, the Issuer fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to Owner the Issuer for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
