North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters Defined Contribution Fund. (a) The parties agree to establish, effective June 1, 2008, a Defined Contribution Pension Fund to be known as the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters Defined Contribution (D.C.) Pension Fund. Employer shall contribute to the Fund an amount specified in Section 7.1.
North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters Defined Contribution Fund. A. The parties agree to establish, effective June 1, 2008, a Defined Contribution Pension Fund to be known as the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters Defined Contribution (D.C.) Pension Fund. Employer shall contribute to the Fund an amount specified in Section 7.1. B. The D.C. Fund shall be a jointly trusteed fund established in compliance with Section 302 (c) (5) of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 as amended, the applicable provisions of the Employee Retirement Income and Security Act as amended, and the applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
